"I just paid for my subscription with Paypal or Stripe. Now what?"
  • Thank you! Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you.  You can log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com/us to view details of this transaction. If you registered with Stripe, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Check your email for your Access Registration Link. You will receive a separate email from "[email protected]" Follow this link to register your username and password.
  • Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes for your email confirmation to come through. If you don't receive your Access Registration Link in the next 15 minutes, please contact Support.

"What if I never received my confirmation email after I paid for my subscription?"

  • Please search your Spam or Bulk Mail folder for an email from "[email protected]" for instructions on how to register your account User Name and Password. If you don't see your Access Registration Link in your spam folder, please contact Support.

"How do I cancel my account?"

  • You can cancel your account at any time through PayPal in your Recurring Payments Dashboard. Your subscription remains active through the end of your billing cycle. You can resubscribe at any time.
  • If you can't find your recurring payments in PayPal, please contact Membership and we can cancel your automatic payment profile for you.
